United in Christ & Business

Bring together businessmen and businesswomen to collaborate, share ideas, network, attend business training sessions, conventions, business expos, financial planning, raising capital, business plan development, business showcase meetings, or gather for a fun activity to decompress. Some of those activities could be cycling, axe throwing, escape room, or a simple Cafecito night. My inspiration for this group was birth from the bible verse “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another”. Proverbs 27:17 I believe in the power of coming together to seek advice that can help members overcome obstacles they may be facing in their businesses. This will be free of cost as we are coming together to help each other (everyone wins). Some business folks are more mature in the business realm than others who are just starting; therefore, the idea of this group is to strengthen each other through our knowledge, expertise and prayer.

God at the center:
He, our Lord and savior, will be at the center as we will start every meeting with prayer. We will have a group chat to communicate, in it, members can ask for prayer or simply share an uplifting message.

Requirement:
The requirement would be that the member is a business owner, business size does not matter. Members should attend at least three gatherings in the year. Be a believer or be open to prayer and spiritual conversations during our gatherings. Be selfless, and willing to share expertise for the benefit of the members. For example, an accountant can perhaps share tips to ensure compliance during a business audit. A financial planner can share, what resources are available to ensure a person’s financial roadmap is on target.

Benefit:
CC members will have a sense of connection, network and find ways to strengthen their businesses or even get connected to folks seeking a job opportunity. Develop a network of Christ-center individuals willing to share their knowledge for the advancement of the group. A byproduct of the activities will be greater exposure, network, and business leads for its members. As businesses grow, so will their revenues. In turn, tithing will increase bringing glory to God as the advancement of His kingdom propels forward, Care Center.
