FIT MIND FIT BODY – A WELLNESS REVOLUTION

Lisa is the CEO of Embrace Your Fitness, LLC and the Fitness/Wellness Research Coordinator for Rutgers University - The Aging Brain Health Alliance. She a Health & Wellness Speaker and Consultant – Certified Health Coach - Group Fitness Instructor - Personal Trainer and Wellness/Fitness Coach in the New York Metropolitan area.

Lisa has been attending Christ Church for 2 years and she is dedicated to helping individuals reach a greater state of whole body health and wellness -- Fitness from the Inside Out!

The Fit Mind Fit Body Group will meet twice monthly focusing on how to:

Eat better
Sleep soundly
Stress less
Move more
Breath diaphragmatically

During every session, we will:

Pray together
Create and execute a personal wellness plan
Stretch – breath – and move our bodies
Experience Transformational Change
This group meets virtually via Zoom.
