Vic and Carol Blum reside in Toms River. They love God, their family, and the beach. They have been married for 46 years, have two grown children and five incredible grandchildren. Vic and Carol love connecting with God’s people and have been involved with small groups for over 15 years. Carol desires to see women realize their value and worth. Vic loves seeing people live out their faith, practically, by following the Word of God. Let’s meet virtually, for now, and encourage one another!
