Table Talk & Spiritual Growth is a group where we build community through good food and heartfelt conversations, just like Jesus did. We’re all about supporting blended families and multicultural relationships while deepening our faith together. Come join us for warm discussions, spiritual growth, and home-cooked meals that bring us closer as a family.

Freddie and I have been married for 8 years and have a multiracial, blended family. Our journey has been deeply supported by our spiritual family, and we’re passionate about giving back in the same way. Freddie has over 15 years of ministry experience and has a special gift for bringing people together through food. As leaders, we’re committed to fostering community, deepening faith, and creating a warm, inclusive environment where everyone feels at home and valued
