A supportive space where women can come together to openly discuss real-life experiences, challenges, and topics that matter to them. Conversations may include women’s health, menopause, relationships, career, self-care, and personal growth. The goal is to foster connection, encouragement, education, and a sense of community among women.

I am a dedicated women’s health professional and doctoral student with a passion for empowering women through education, meaningful conversations, and connection. I am committed to creating a welcoming space where women can openly discuss their experiences, health, relationships, personal growth, and life transitions. Through Women’s Circle: Real Life, Real Conversations, I hope to encourage women to feel heard, supported, and empowered.
