Are you a woman who loves the early morning breeze, a good stretch, and a timely word from the Lord? Join us as we move our bodies and nourish our spirits—together. This group is for ladies who enjoy light exercise, uplifting conversations, and starting the day grounded in God’s Word. Let’s walk, talk, and grow in grace—one step at a time.

About the Leader:
I’m a member of Christ Church and attend the Clifton campus. I am a wife, and proud mother of four adult children—twins age 21, plus 32 and 38. I cherish deep, meaningful conversations and enjoy the company of kind, humble people. In my free time, you’ll find me crocheting, working on DIY projects, line-dancing, or pouring into others through discipleship. My heart is to create space for women to connect, move, and be encouraged in their walk with Christ.
