Bloom Book Club: Elijah: Faith & Fire

Join us for this women’s Bible study through Priscilla Shirer’s book Elijah: Faith and Fire. In this 9-session journey, we’ll discover how God uses seasons of silence, sameness, and adversity to refine our character, deepen our trust, and renew our strength. Together, we’ll learn how the hidden fires of testing prepare us for bold faith, unwavering courage, and the confidence to stand firm in God’s promises.

My name is Myneka Macenat. I’ve been part of Christ Church for 10 years, and I have a heart for teaching. I work in cancer research and am also a doctoral student in public health. More than anything, I’m excited to walk alongside you in this study as we learn and grow together in Christ.
